 Cardiff 20th-21st August 2011

 

UKFFORC will be returning to the Capital town of Wales to the sheltered waters of the Cardiff Bay for round five of the national championship.  More valuable points can be gained in this locked bay which gives dawn to dusk racing.

 Stewartby 26th-27th March 2011

 

Refresher/Training/Testing/Top Gun Competition Weekend. This weekend is compulsory for all teams to attend to compete in our national series. This will give everyone the chance to blow away the cobwebs. Prop testing for E900/E1500.  Give new competitors the experience of doing short races/starts/finishes and everyone can compete in a Top Gunn competition.

 Stewartby 23rd-24th April 2011

 

 

Round one of our National Championship for 2011 kicks off at the picturesque lake at Stewartby in Bedfordshire. This venue will give racers old and new alike a chance to shake off the winter cob-webs and get some serious speed under their belt in sheltered conditions.

 CALENDAR @ 17.01.11        MORE DATES/VENUES TO FOLLOW
With the negative effect the weather had on the 2010 calendar causing cancelled races UKFFORC have taken this into account for when planning the 2011 calendar.  To this effect we are planning on having 4 offshore and 4 inland races hopefully minimising any disruption caused by weather.

 UKFFORC are pleased to be returning to the picturesque village of Weymouth that is Weymouth Bay.   Although a coastal venue its waters are sheltered in the natural harbour which also has a beautiful white sand beach.  This venue is also gearing itself up for the 2012 Olympics where it will be a hub for UK watersports.  Joining us are the Thundercats for some inshore excitement.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Eastbourne 16th-17th July 2011                  

 

UKFFORC will be joining the Eastbourne Extreme Festival for round four of the national championship.  This festival celebrates the wind, water and air and reassures no-one will go home disappointed. Organised by Eastbourne Council we will join this annual event on the beachfront whilst having our pit area courtesy of Sovereign Harbour.

 

 

 

 Stewartby 14th-15th May 2011

 

Round two again returns to the lake at Stewartby where more valuable points can be gained in this near guaranteed venue.
